So, what are the things that you need in order to cook this delicious hCG Diet Caribbean Lettuce Wraps? Here are all the ingredients:

  • 1 Chicken Breast, bone and skin removed
  • 1/8 cup Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Root
  • 2 teaspoons Orange Zest
  • 1 Scallions chopped
  • 1/2 can Water Chestnuts chopped
  • 4 cloves of Garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper course ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce, or Jamaican Jerk Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Allspice
  • 2 Stalks Celery chopped
  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice
  • 1 Head Iceberg Lettuce

  1. Wash the Chicken Breast Thoroughly and pat it dry with a paper towel or towel.
  2. Rub with a small dab of oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Next, you can either grill or broil the chicken. I personally love to grill the chicken as it adds a bit of smoky flavor to the protein.
  4. After both sides of the chicken have turned slightly brown, put the breast into the oven to allow it to finish cooking. It would take around 15 minutes at 350 Fahrenheit (make sure to preheat the oven first).
  5. After cooking the chicken, cut it into cubes and finely slice it using the food processor or blender.
  6. Place all of the chopped chicken in a small frying pan or saucepan and put in the orange juice, scallions, and lime juice as well. Let it cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  7. After that, add the remaining ingredients and let it all simmer for an additional 20 minutes or until the juices have reduced.
  8. Place the contents of the saucepan or frying pan in a bowl and let it sit.
  9. While the chicken has been resting, go get a lettuce and clean it. After which, peel it into full leaf sections and place it on a plate or a serving platter.
  10. Put some chicken on a leaf of lettuce and wrap it all up. Enjoy!

It is that easy to make this amazing hCG Diet Caribbean Lettuce Wraps recipe. I have tried it and I added a little bit of spice to it and I am really digging the flavor. Also, as previously mentioned, this hCG diet recipe already contains the vegetable and protein requirement you need in a single day.

Is the hCG Diet Expensive?

A lot of people want to try the hCG diet because of its remarkable reports of people who have lost a significant amount of weight because of it. There are many phases to the diet and each phase requires you to eat this, eat that; do this, do that.

But, a lot of people want to ask: is the hCG diet expensive? Most hCG dietitians require people to undergo a few weeks of a calorie restricted diet and injecting themselves with the hormone.

The hormone is what makes up the bulk of the bull. You see, whether you’re taking the injections or taking hCG diet drops, they are still rather expensive, especially when you have to take them for a few weeks.

The more expensive ones, however, are hCG injections. There are many factors that contribute to the prices of hCG injections. First is where you bought the injections. Did you buy it from a doctor, or did you buy it from a pharmacy?

Doctors can charge differently; some might charge you with a lot more, and some might charge you with much less.

Most people, though, buy from hCG diet clinics. HCG Diet clinics are located in various areas of the United States. These specialized clinics offer a more affordable price when it comes to dispensing hCG diet products.

According to a lot of people who have bought hCG products from hCG diet clinics, they have saved a lot of money; some of them even saved a whopping $1000!

The hCG products that you can get from hCG diet clinics are safe to use as they are all licensed dietitians. If, however, you find that the product doesn’t work, you can sue them. But, that is just the worst case scenario.

So, is the hCG diet an expensive diet? The short answer is YES; the long answer is it depends.

You see, the different phases of the hCG diet require you to eat macronutrients that come from carbohydrate, protein, and fruit and vegetable resources. Depending on your area, fruits and vegetables might be more expensive than others; so is meat and carbohydrate foods.

Also, depending on the area where you are, hCG diet products might cost more than any other area out there. Maybe an hCG diet injection that is good for 7 days would cost you only $100 in this area, but would cost you $300 in some areas for the same product.

So really, there are a lot of factors to consider here. But again, if you want a short answer, yes the hCG diet is a little bit expensive.

But, with a lot of people reporting success stories, it would be hard to resist not trying this diet.

Remember, if it means health and wellness for the long term, it doesn’t matter if a diet is expensive or not. If it works, then you have to have what it takes for it to work.

Always opt for good health and wellness, and if the hCG diet can help you bring that, then try it!

hCG Dieting: Should you Join the Bandwagon?

Do you want to get slim? Do you want to achieve the body you’ve always dreamed of? Are you overweight and your self-esteem is hurt because of it? If so, then you need to go on a diet.

There are a lot of diet plans out there; there are diet plans that can be seen on the internet and some diet plans that a licensed physician can prescribe to you.hcg dieting The problem with most diet fads you see on the internet is that some of them are not effective. That is because there are certain limitations that make people want to quit easily.

But, there is a certain diet fad that people go crazy about. That is the hCG injection dieting. People who have tried it claims that they’ve lost a significant amount of fat while on the diet. So, should you join the bandwagon? Not so fast! Before you do, there are some things you need to know.

The premise of hCG dieting is that you are only allowed to take in a total of 500 calories per day. Also, you need to inject yourself with hCG everyday for 46 days. Now, that seems simple on paper, right? And maybe the 500-calorie diet is okay for you? But, hear me out.

hCG injections cost a lot of money. We are talking about thousands of dollars here. And, to make matters worse, the diet that you should be eating consist only of the worst that food has to offer.

We’re talking about flavorless food, the kind of food that you don’t want to take a second bite on. Couple that with injections that have shady results, and you’re in for some big trouble.

There is also a bit of confusion when it comes to hCG dieting. You see, hCG injections can only be administered to you by a licensed physician. If you are getting homeopathic hCG from supplement manufacturers, it is quite unclear if there is any hCG in it.

Moreover, people are skeptical about the true effectiveness of hCG dieting. With a 500-calorie diet, it seems that this alone is the contributor of such weight-loss and not the actual hCG.

Now, why are some people still claiming that it is effective? Well, hCG purportedly makes you feel less hungry, thus you eat less. Second, it is a pro-hormone, or a hormone that encourages optimum hormone production in the body. This translates to better fat burning mechanisms in the body since hormone deficiency is one of the leading causes of weight gain among people.

Lastly, people claim that you do not lose muscle while you’re on an hCG diet. This is because of the increased hormone production in the body.

So, should you join the bandwagon? My personal take is a big no. First of all, the people who are always pushing for this type of dieting are people who sell these products and injections. Furthermore, it is quite expensive, and you’re better off buying exercise equipment to lose weight.
